Concerned with socioeconomic gender rights, she started her initiative in Cairo- Egypt 10 years back, now serving most of Egypt and outreaching to the region to make sure women’s voices are on the table, heard, and carefully listened to. She also serves as New Media Ambassador for the Ministry of State A.R.E, Featured as one of the most active, influential Women Entrepreneurship leaders. Rotarian, with more than 15 years of experience in social development, with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and further studies in Gender Lens and equality. Additionally, she is a National Consultant – for ‘Rabeha’ Alumni Network with UN Women.
Today, her influence extends beyond Egypt, creating a ripple effect across communities worldwide. Entreprenelle has fostered a network where women gain confidence, build connections, and launch ventures that drive local and national economies. Currently, Rania is leading new initiatives to expand Entreprenelle’s reach even further, collaborating with international partners to scale programs that equip women with skills for emerging markets.
