Participation Eligibility:

Participation in ICES is open to CEOs, business executives, and individuals involved in international trade and investment. Participants must register in accordance with the event’s registration procedures.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, and intellectual property presented or provided during ICES are the exclusive property of the International CEO Forum (ICF). Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such materials without explicit written consent from ICF.

Photography and Recording:

Photography, recording, or any form of reproduction of the event sessions is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from ICES organizers. Exceptions may be made for designated media representatives.

Event Changes and Cancellations:

ICES organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or any other aspect of the program without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, ICES organizers will make reasonable efforts to inform registered participants.

Liability and Indemnity:

Participants attend ICES at their own risk. ICES organizers, including the International CEO Forum (ICF), are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during the event. Participants agree to indemnify ICES organizers against any claims arising from their participation.

Privacy and Data:

By participating in ICES, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information in accordance with the event’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ICES is hosted. Any legal actions or proceedings related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
