Refund Policy

At the International CEO’s Economic Summit (ICES), our commitment is to provide a seamless and enriching experience for all participants of the Global Gathering. In the event that circumstances arise necessitating a refund, we have established the following Refund Policy:

Refund Eligibility:

All Refunds or Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of Cancellation which you accepted during the process of registration by checking the I Accept box. Subject to the acceptance by the organizing company and its working committee, hence refunds will be be considered in the manner stated in this policy below.

Refunds will only be considered for payments made directly to ICES for registration, event tickets, or related services.
Third-party charges, such as travel or accommodation fees, are not eligible for refunds and should be addressed with the respective service providers.

Refund Requests:

To initiate a refund, participants must submit a written request to info@icesummit.org with the email subject REFUND within 3-7 working days from the date of the payment or transaction.
The request must include the participant’s full name, contact information, transaction details, and a brief explanation for the refund. The Refund request must be in accordance to the cancellation policy requirement. All refunds are analyzed based on the Cancellation policy and time of request vis-a-vis event approaching dates.

Refund Processing:

Refund requests will be processed within 30 – 60days/8-10weeks] of receiving the complete request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction less administrative fees as long as the refund request meet the requirements stated in the cancellation policy.

Event Cancellation:

In the rare instance of event cancellation by ICES, participants will be notified promptly.
In such cases, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled event.

No-Show Policy:

Participants who fail to attend the event without providing prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Partial Refunds:

In certain cases, where applicable, partial refunds may be considered based on the circumstances surrounding the refund request.

Policy Amendments:

ICES reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at its discretion.

By participating in the International CEO’s Economic Summit (ICES) and making payments for our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund Policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to ensure a fair and transparent process for all participants.
