Known for her innovative ideas in people strategy and ability to create a culture of belonging that drives creativity and innovation.  Meriya has helped several organizations embrace new technologies and ways of work. Across various industries, in small and large organizations, Meriya has created clarity in ambiguity and set the environment for success.

She is passionate about building high performance cultures and has successfully led two organizations onto the top 50 Great Place to Work in Canada and USA lists. Her driving purpose is coaching people and organizations to achieve their full potential in our ever-changing and dynamic world of work.

Meriya holds a Master’s degree in Education as well as an Executive MBA. She has been recognized with several industry awards and was most recently nominated for Canda’s most admired Chief People and Culture Officer award.

In her spare time, Meriya sits on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Calgary as well as mentors young women in business. She also enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family.
