Cancellation Policy

All withdrawal or substitution notifications must be sent in writing via email info@icesummit.org or icesmeetups@gmail.com  A full refund may only be obtained if notification is received at least 90 days prior to the program start date. Due to program preparation and administration costs, any withdrawals or requests for substitution or deferrals received less than 90 days prior to the program start date are subject to penalty fees as described below:

More than 90 days notice: 40% Cancellation or 25% Transfer Penalty

Less than 30 days notice: 70% Cancellation or 50% Transfer Penalty

Refund Policy

For ICES Brussels 2019
Summit registration fees for delegates are refundable as stated in the cancelation policy up until June 10. After which registration fees are non-refundable. Gala tickets sales are non-refundable. All registrations and ticket purchases are transferrable at any time.
All cancellation through a written notification to the organizing committee, will be paid within 30days after request has been approved.
