Cancellation Policy

Please Note: There are no refund once payment has been made. Except in special cases which is subject to the approvals of the organizing company/team. In the case of approval of cancellations or withdrawal been approved by the organizing board, All withdrawal or substitution notifications must be sent in writing via email info@icesummit.org or partner@icesummit.org  Refunds will only be obtained if notification is received at least 90 days prior to the program start date. Due to program preparation and administration costs, any withdrawals or requests for substitution or deferrals received less than 90 days prior to the program start date are subject to penalty fees as described below:

More than 90 days notice: 40% Cancellation fee Plus 25% Transfer Penalty

Less than 30 days notice: 70% Cancellation or 60% Transfer Penalty

Refund Policy

For ICES2020
Summit registration fees for delegates are refundable as stated in the cancellation policy up until June 1. After which registration fees are non-refundable. Other sales packages are non-refundable. All registrations and ticket purchases are transferable at any time not less than 15days before summit takeoff..
All cancellation through a written notification to the organizing committee , will be paid within 30days after request has been approved. Please note, approval may takes a few weeks.
